Red-meat plant

MEAT PLANT IN ABDA

In conformity with the EU regulations,in approx. 600 m2 large Abda red-meat plant of Kaiser Food Ltd, 5-6000 tons of high quality meat products are processed by the 130 co-workers of the company. On the scale of goods of the plant there is a wide range of products from the red meat types, cold plates, various ham products, liver products, delicatesse and wellness products to the smoked, cooked 'turista' types. The ingredients are purchased from domestic and foreign factories corresponding to the EU normatives. Besides the processing of pork and beef meat, poultry meat also plays an important role, thus, as a result of the successful product-development projects, the plant produces many products also made of turkey.
In the summer of 2004 the plant was completely renewed and reconstructed: a new pickling unit was established, with all its background created. As a consequence, the major task of the innovation in 2005 was to enlarge the supply of pickled, smoked products.
The workers and leaders of the Abda plant are actively working on the development of high-quality premium products, which serve to preserve customers' health.




Dry-food plant, slicing-packing unit - Mosonmagyaróvár
In the Mosonmagyaróvár plant of Kaiser Food Ltd, raw, smoked goods, as well as different types of sausage and salami products are produced by 60 workers. A considerable proportion of the products are produced by modern slicing-packing machine series. In addition, in order to satisfy consumers' needs, these products leave the plant in equalized, practical packing of protective-gas.
The plant was entirely renovated in 2004: a new – 400 m2 – manufacturing hall was built: premises to receive raw materials, casings, spices and subsidiary materials are stocked here. In this hall, the renovation created the chance to set up another line of slicing machines.
At present, the plant owns 3 rooms with salami- and 4 with sausage-ripening climate equipment – the closed-system, computer-directed items of equipment entirely correspond to the environmental protection parameters of the European Union.
Our company provides a wide range of high-quality raw, smoked, ripened products to our consumers, among them can be also found the tasty, traditional sausage with home-made character. Moreover, another novelty, the Danish salami is also a great success of our innovation.
